It's Too Late

What you, what you see is something you can't distinguish,
Something you know that you love.
What you, what you need is something she'll never be.
I think it's time to let you go.

Better ask the Captain.
Do it now.
Do it before we drown.

It's too late, it's too late
I think the tide has come to wash you out,
Wash you away from here.

Here comes the storm, it's moving in and swallowing
Like the bottom half of an hour glass
And we're running out of space.

Better ask the Captain.
Do it now.
Do it before we drown.

It's too late, it's too late
I think the tide has come to wash you out,
Wash you away from here.

Empty ocean is all we see,
The north star is all we need.
This time is probably right for everyone to say their goodbyes.
"May day! May day!" she said to me,
However it's too late
Captain, oh Captain, we've lost our direction.

It's too late
It's too late
It's too late.

It's too late, it's too late
I think the tide has come to wash you out,
Wash you away from here.

Randoms are always there for reason aren't they? Sooner or later, you find out that reason.

Today, I was downtown most of the day because I had to make phone calls to random Canadian manufacturers that engage in exporting activities. Sounds like loads of fun doesn't it? Anyways, after two solid hours of calling, I got 2 potentials out of 15. I really hope some company feels sorry for me and decides to help me out by granting an interview so I don't have to be super stressed.

Moving along, later I met up with a friend from school to go on our adventure of anti-boredom, aka The ROM (I'm sorry Jenicka, I went. You get to go with James when he comes though. Don't hate me). We recently discovered that the ROM was free for one hour, 4:30 - 5:30, every Wednesday. Today was Wednesday. Anyways, it started snowing gigantic clusters of snowflakes. I was wearing my Vans flats. So smart. After trekking through the slush we made it to the ROM. I haven't been there since junior school so it's been quite a while. What were we here to see? The fucking dinosaurs! So we hit the dinosaur exhibit first. I was so glad to see my stegosaurus. Yes, MY stegosaurus. It was always my favourite dinosaur ever when I was a kid. It would be the only one I could draw. And, its plates are the coolest things ever. Oh the memories of childhood. Once we hit the Dinosaur Exhibit, we moved onto Mammals, Minerals, Biodiversity, the bat cave (not so scary anymore), Gems and Stones (?), Egypt, Ancient Cyprus, and the Ukraine. It was funny cause during this whole adventure, we were shopping for ancient artifacts to furnish our homes with. After all that, the ROM was closing so we went to eat dinner. Ok, Korean Barbeque is a dangerous eating experience. Clearly, the burner was on way too high. But, overall that was fun (haha Jean, you would be so proud). From there, we decided to take a stroll and walked to the Eaton Center on a quest to test out the Blackberry Storm. After visiting stores with no demos, we concluded that we didn't need confirmation that it sucked. Then, we were homeward bound. It's funny how group projects make you meet the randomist people and it's surprising how great you get along with them.

Weird. Anyways, I'm excited for tomorrow. After another set of phone calls, I get to see my all of my lovlies in the evening.
